Why does kallmy exist?

In a small hotel, a B&B or a farm stay the phone rings exactly when nobody can answer: at the desk with a guest, at breakfast, out in the fields, at night. People calling about a room rarely leave a message: they try the next property or book on a portal.

kallmy answers when the owner can't, with the property's information, and sends every enquiry on WhatsApp. The owner always confirms the booking.

What it does and doesn't do

• Answers the phone 24/7, in Italian and up to three other languages, and says right away that it is a virtual assistant.
• Only gives the information the owner wrote and approved; it never makes up prices or availability.
• Takes name, number, dates and request and sends them on WhatsApp; urgent calls are passed to the owner's mobile.
• It does not confirm bookings and is not connected to property management systems: the decision stays with the owner.

How we work

kallmy has been answering calls for its first properties since September 2026. The assistant is set up in about five minutes with the property's information; then the owner forwards their number with the carrier's code, and the number stays theirs.

There is no contract: you try it free for 7 days with no card and cancel whenever you like. Call data is processed under the GDPR, with the data processing agreement and the list of providers published on the website.
